Shipping Policy

KK Varsha Enterprises  offers free services for all Indian pin codes in major cities of the country. We use certified and trusted shipping modes and operate through our shipping partners who are the best in the country for product shipping. Shipping will be done only after payment confirmation. Sometimes the banking system causes holidays and delays and the buyer has to accept late payment. Payment settlement for some banks and cards may be more or less. Similarly, this period of shipment can be more or less.
For products weighing more than 30 kg, the shipping cost is paid by the customer or the retailer.For shipments delivery timeline is  2 to 7 working day

For shipments weighing less than 30kg, KKs Varsha  is bound to give free shipment as per extreme conditions.

KKs Varsha Seven  Day Easy-Refund Policy
Within 7 days of your delivery date you will receive a refund for any reason (there will be some term & condition) if you return the product in new condition with the original and undamaged packaging and all the items delivered with the product as it is and its accessories.

Damaged & Mishandling Fee
dispatched from company  products returned with certain conditions, 15% to 100% of the refunded amount will be deducted for lost / damaged / mishandled child damage charges.
Broken and torn, for example, on a product like small scratches and dents
Owner’s manual or software / driver CD etc. Box items like missing or removed.
Losses during the return shipping process – foot damage or
Barcode tampered with / lost or removed from the product, software numbers used ..,
Refunds will not be processed for products with more significant loss or loss of critical equipment such as connector cable or DC power supply .. or no return is guaranteed.

The return policy will be an exception to this condition
Products received with physical damage must be reported to KKs Varsha Enetrprises within 2 days of the delivery date.
Products received with lost accessories must be reported within 5 days of the date. Claims made after this period will not be honored. Also, you cannot ask the company for a guarantee claim …
Products purchased as open boxes are tested. All open box sales are final. Open box products have been tested and we guarantee they work. If you have a reason that your open box product is not working, please contact us with the WhatsApp number 9423540527 and video helpdesk with video evidence.

Rules: We do not accept refunds for the following items:
1-Software products opened.
2-All products with manufacturer seal. Once the seal is opened it cannot be assigned to another user and therefore we cannot accept a refund if an error is found in the product.
3-Audio interface, MIDI keyboard or any other product registered in order to be used. Gift cards and gift vouchers, as well as all the parts and accessories that come with the product, if removed or discarded, we do not refund …

4- Products damaged due to improper use of power supply or products damaged due to voltage stability problem will not be accepted as refund.
Intentional damage or intentional damage will not be accepted as a refund.
Note * – If you are unable to pick up your luggage due to some unforeseen circumstances, the products will have to be sent to our facility. Payment will be refunded to you after deducting the logistics charges involved in these cases once the product reaches us.

Return shipping
The cost of return shipping will be determined by KKs Varsha Enterprises , on all zip codes that can offer free shipping. If  KKs Varsha Enterprises cannot arrange for free, you can deduct the shipping cost and pay the amount (due to lockdown and limited service in certain areas).

Return process

Refunds will be initiated only after all tests have been completed upon receipt of the package on our terms and conditions. The refund amount will be transferred within 5 to 15 business days after receipt of the item as per the banking and payment gateway norms.
